CARE INSTRUCTIONS / SHIPPING / REFUND POLICY

WASHING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please ensure you check the care instructions tag on how to care for your DOO WOP KIDS apparel to keep it in its best original condition possible. As with all our apparel - Backpacks, hand bags, totes and bum bags are also machine washable.

SHIPPING

Our main form of delivery is Australia Post for domestic shipping. We use Sendle for all international shipping. If you are purchasing from overseas and would prefer your item sent with Australia post, please state this in the notes in your order. 

On average, it takes 5-7 workings days for domestic shipping ( Within Australia ) and all international shipping takes roughly 10-14 working days. Please note due to current pandemic, these times may vary - Please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for delivery.  All parcels sent from DOO WOP KIDS are tracked and you will receive the tracking details via email when your order is shipped. 

EXHANGES & REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your DOO WOP KIDS items, we will happily offer an exchange for another available product within 2 weeks of you receiving your items. Alternatively, we can also offer a credit note to be used within 6 months. 

Refunds are only offered if the product is faulty or damaged at the time when received. All items returned must be in original condition and unworn/used and if the product does not meet these requirements DOO WOP KIDS reserves the right to refuse further responsibility. 

Please note we do not cover postage charges for returns and exchanges. For exhanging an item, it must be returned to us with a Prepaid Postage Stachel and once recieved the new item will then be shipped to you. In the case of a refund, it will not be processed until the item has been returned to us.
